Daria Kark was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful (ex. pointing out details re doors and windows, noting the flooring type and age, commenting on potential maintenance, etc). She was also very good at being neutral on an area of the city that would be accommodate my needs as a purchaser and future resident. She was superbly responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Couldn’t have been more pleased.
