Daria was super helpful and patient as we found our first house. She was never afraid to tell us the hard truth about things to look out for, repairs, costs, etc. etc. I found that very helpful, as I think a lot of realtors would be in the business to get you to buy something right away. Daria was very patient with us. We saw a TON of houses, and Daria never pushed us to buy something that wasn’t perfect. In fact, even after we had an offer accepted and were doing an inspection, Daria told us to walk away from the place as the repairs were going to be too much money for us.
