We contacted Daria months before we even had a timeline for selling our house. She walked us through the process, providing insight into the market and how best to prepare our home and property. Daria and her team were incredibly professional and encouraging and promptly answered our many questions, some of which seem quite silly in hindsight. Our home was photographed, listed and sold in less than a week, but their service was just as impressive between the sale and the closing date.
