When preparing for our move from Halifax to Ottawa, our real estate agent introduced us to Daria without hesitation. The market was very hot and she was always available to answer our many questions, patiently walked us through houses via videochats, imagined us in spaces (or not), pointed out the good and the bad and warned us of potential issues about a house or neighborhood that we wouldn't have otherwise have known. We eventually found our perfect home and purchased it sight unseen, after a close blind-bidding war. Our relationship with Daria did not end when the purchase was settled, as she has since provided referrals to an awesome painter and contractor. Daria is honest, thoughtful, knowledgeable, warm, and professional. She was able to dream with us and gave us the confidence to make critical decisions from a distance. When I walk through this beautiful home, I am filled with gratefulness and have happy thoughts of the wonderful people who have taken such good care of us - Daria is at the top of that list.
