The short story is that Daria found us our dream home, advised us on strategy to be the winning bid (within our budget) in a crazy market, and also helped us stage and sell our house for a price that surpassed our expectations.
The long story is that Daria saw us through the buying and selling process like an experienced guide taking tourists through a jungle - with wisdom, clear communication, and by working tirelessly to ensure we got what we wanted (in both our purchase and our sale). Her approach is analytical (no schmoozy sales pitches here!), and her advice is informed by her plethora of experience and by her sharp real estate mind. For example, though she would have toured hundreds of homes with other clients during the time we spent looking, she could recall layouts and even small details of the homes we saw together, which helped us to compare and contrast various features.
Also, Daria understands people. I believe that she tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of her clients. I was anxious while we staged our house and while it was on the market (we have young children and it was a difficult/chaotic time). Daria checked in with me, answered my MANY questions quickly and accurately, advised us on what to prioritize in the staging process, and referred me to tradespeople who made themselves available to get the house ready. Daria’s assistant, Shayla, kept on top of the details/documents of our transactions and was quick to respond to our questions.
Daria is the best in the biz - we have referred her to dozens of friends since our first purchase years ago; all have been equally thrilled.
