You are exceptional in every way.  You’re friendly, listened well to my comments to determine what housing would best suit me; you priced houses well both for selling and for purchasing, with explanations about how you arrived at the price; you were always available to answer emails, messages within a reasonable time-frame, often within minutes; your explanations re the legal documents were clear; the extra services were also excellent— staging, photography, requesting viewing times etc.; You solved unforeseen problems quickly with calmness and in a reassuring manner i.e. quickly hired a technician to assess the attic insulation for dangerous content, ( I forget what it was called). You also provide service for the entire city and was knowledgeable about the features and amenities of the region of the city that I was interested in.

You’re accommodating and pleasant to work with, giving advice when asked but never pressuring me in any way. You also provided me with references to other services as I requested— painters etc. I felt that I could trust you to be honest, clear and supportive of whatever my decision to sale or buy. 

You also went the extra mile giving me congratulation gifts and by providing a very useful basket move-in kit on my moving day.

I would highly recommend Daria for selling and or buying any residential property.
