We are so grateful for Daria - she is amazing.

Daria is a great listener, very organized, never pushy but always present and easy to reach. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and had great insights about Ottawa (we're new in town). She really cared about us buying the best possible house for our needs.

After months of looking she pointed out a house that really checked all the boxes. Not only the house is perfect for us but also shared her knowledge of the street and neighborhood so we really knew what we were getting into. She made the offer process very easy with good advises and easy instructions for us to follow. She also referred us to reliable services (inspectors, movers and +) which has been very helpful.

Another strong point of Daria is that she knows to surround herself with a great team - she always let us know when she's on vacation and make sure we have someone to reach if needed. Her assistant is lovely.

We can't talk highly enough about Daria. We aren't planning on leaving this house for years but when the time comes she will be our first call.
