Because we were buying from afar, we were completely dependent on Daria throughout our house hunt — she didn’thesitate to trek all across the city for us, and was incredibly patient and understanding with us through several course changes in what we were looking for. 
She was also generous with her time in every viewing and gave detailed feedback and notes through each one. She has great expertise in reviewing contracts, pointed us in a good direction with lenders, helped set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided us through every step of the buying process. 
Going through the home-buying process from afar is not easy, So we were tremendously grateful for her guidance. She was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to us was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and was unfazed by our indecisiveness at times.
