We were on the real estate market for a year and a half before Daria came along - looking for a house. We had a good realtor who moved out of country, and then a very poor experience that Daria literally swept in and saved us from in the middle of an offer. We didn't get that first house but after another 1.5 years about, and god knows how many homes, Daria walked into the home that we just recently bought and said to me -- oh, I like this one. She persevered with us, encouraged us when we were down, got eager with us awaiting responses to offers, shared in our excitement when the house for us finally showed up and worked out. What's more, Daria got to know us and our little one -- treating him like apart of our team. She is very knowledgeable about the market and - more importantly - about homes. Having walked through homes with 5 real estate agents in the last 5 years, I can confidently say that Daria is really really really good at her job. Daria was referred to us from another young family who also had not-so-great realtors before working with her to get their home. We will be happy to refer everyone we know to her in the future.
