Loved working with Daria! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and our search was complicated by the fact that we were moving to a different city and we had a short timeline. Daria was very knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions. She quickly learned what we were looking for in a house and would show us a house via Skype first to see if it was worth the drive down to Ottawa to see it in person - definitely saved us a few trips. She is detail-oriented and would point out little things in houses that we may have missed. Daria was able to find us a fantastic home in a great neighbourhood within our timeline and under budget!
